This privacy policy aims to inform users of the JURIDISPO platform and website (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) about the processing carried out by JURIDISPO, the platform of SARL EUROTECH STAR with a capital of 1000 euros, registered in the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 984657916, whose registered office is located at 450 Rue Baden Powell 34000 Montpellier (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, as well as EU Regulation 2016/679 on data protection. Platform users are invited to read this privacy policy carefully.
1. Definitions
This privacy policy is intended to inform Platform users about the Company's policy regarding the processing of their personal data:
- Lawyer: refers to any individual registered on the Platform as a lawyer, possessing the necessary titles and diplomas to practice the said profession in metropolitan France and the French overseas territories.
- Personal Data/Data: refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable individual, either directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or one or more elements specific to them.
- Privacy Policy: refers to this privacy policy regarding the processing of Data.
- Services: refers to the services offered on the Platform.
- Processing: refers to any operation or set of operations related to Data, such as collection, recording, storage, consultation, communication, or deletion and destruction of Data.
- User: refers to any person accessing the Platform, holding a personal or professional account, who wishes to access legal information and seek the services of a Lawyer.
2. Identity of the Data Controller
The Platform is dedicated to connecting Lawyers and Users. 3. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time by the Company, particularly to comply with changes in laws and regulations, jurisprudence, technology, or authority requirements. In case of modification, the Company will inform the User and the Lawyer and/or seek their consent when necessary. The latest version of the Privacy Policy is available on the Platform. Users and Lawyers are invited to regularly review the Privacy Policy to be aware of the changes and/or updates made by the Company. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale of the Platform. 4. Data Processed
The Company collects Personal Data concerning Platform Users and Lawyers. Entering this Data is mandatory and subject to automated processing for access to Services, management, and administration of User and Lawyer accounts registered on the Platform. Data collection is essential to carry out the Services requested by Users and Lawyers. The Company may refuse access to the Platform if the User or Lawyer opposes providing the necessary Data for the Platform's purpose. The Data is processed by the Company or its authorized providers, in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions and within the limits of the Platform’s General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale and this policy.
4.1. Data required to assist the User in using the Platform:
- Phone number
- Billing address ...
4.2. Data required for creating the Lawyer’s personal account:
- Title, last name, first name
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Postal address
- Photograph
- CNBF number
- Customized description
- Credit card
- IBAN Other information is requested as part of the professional service provided by the Lawyer on the Platform but is not considered Data within the meaning of applicable laws and regulations.
4.3. Data required for creating the User's personal account:
- Title, last name, first name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Postal code
- Date of birth
- Profession (only for satisfaction surveys)
- Bank details (only the last four digits of the credit card and its expiration date)
4.4. Data required for creating the User's professional account:
- Email address
- Title, last name, first name of a contact person
- Phone number Other data is collected when creating a professional account. However, these data concern legal entities (RCS, corporate name, registered office) and are not considered Data. However, if the data concerning legal entities are identical to those of a natural person (e.g., registered office at the manager's home, corporate name corresponding to the manager's name and surname), these Data are processed in accordance with this policy.
4.5. Data common to Lawyers and Users:
- Information and history of calls made on the Platform, including date, time, duration, amount, areas of intervention, name, surname, and phone number of the Lawyer and User
- Details of financial or accounting operations carried out on the Platform containing information on payment methods
- Information related to the Platform content (reviews and comments)
- Support requests when a User or Lawyer reports a problem with their personal account on the Platform
4.6. Data necessary for instant messaging on the Platform:
- Name
- If desired, the User can also provide their phone number.
4.7. Data required for payment methods:
- Identity of the User and Lawyer (name, surname)
- Bank details of the Lawyer (account holder's name and IBAN)
- Bank details of the User (depending on the User's choice: IBAN; last four (4) digits and expiration date of the credit card or information on the check)
- Details of the transaction (amount, date, time, duration of the call, phone number, area of intervention) Payments made on the Platform by credit card are processed by Stripe payment, the Company's payment service provider. The User is informed that the Company may have the last four (4) digits and the expiration date of their credit card for payment verification and fraud prevention purposes. These data are retained for thirteen (13) months from the debit date. In case of payment by check, the Company has access to the information indicated on the payment method. However, it is immediately sent to the Company's bank, which does not retain the information on the check.
5. Lawfulness of Processing
The Data is used by the Company in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Data processing is lawful as long as:
- It aims to execute the contract with the User, the Lawyer and/or;
- It aims to comply with legal obligations to which the Company is subject and/or;
- The User and the Lawyer have consented to the processing of their Data and/or;
- There is a legitimate interest pursued by the Company, mainly based on commercial and financial reasons requiring that the Data be processed by it.
6. Purposes of Processing
Data collection is essential to use the Platform and the intended connection objective.
6.1. Perform operations related to the management of Users and Lawyers, including:
- General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale
- Registration on the Platform
- Connecting Lawyers and Users
- Management of requests, complaints, and inquiries
- Billing and accounting
- Management of personal and professional accounts on the Platform
- Management of subscriptions on the Platform
- Monitoring the business relationship
- Managing Lawyer payments
- Handling unpaid invoices and disputes
- User participation in instant messaging on the Platform
6.2. Manage User and Lawyer requests.
6.3. Develop commercial statistics.
6.4. Manage reviews and feedback on the Platform and Services.
6.5. Organize promotional activities and events.
7. Access to Data
**7.1. The Company’s authorized employees from the finance, marketing, commercial, administrative, customer relationship, logistics, and IT departments may have access to the Data.
**7.2. The Company’s service providers and subcontractors may have access to the Data as part of their mission to:
- Host the Platform
- Manage transactions made on the Platform
- Manage the Company’s accounting
- Secure online payments and fight fraud
- Develop and maintain the Platform
- Provide information and follow up on calls made on the Platform
- Set up and manage instant messaging on the Platform In the case of payment by credit card, Personal Data is also collected by the payment service provider, Stripe payment, which provides the Platform’s payment solution. To this end, Stripe payment has access to the Data necessary to make bank transfers between the Platform, Users, and Lawyers. The User and Lawyer must accept Stripe payment’s General Terms and Conditions of Use before using its services, which outline the terms and conditions for processing Data by the provider. **7.3. Some Users may be required to pay by check. In the case of payment by check, it is immediately sent to the Company’s bank, which does not retain the information indicated on the check.
**7.4. Some Users may be required to pay by direct debit. If the User has chosen to pay by direct debit, they must send a direct debit authorization form (SEPA mandate) and their bank details to the Company’s bank. The direct debit mandate and bank details are processed by the Company’s bank, which does not retain the information on the SEPA mandate or the bank details.
8. Data Retention
Data is kept by the Company for a limited period necessary for its Processing purposes and in compliance with the legal requirements. The retention periods are as follows:
8.1. Data related to the Lawyer’s personal account is retained for five (5) years from the account closure date.
8.2. Data related to the User’s personal account is retained for three (3) years from the account closure date.
8.3. Payment information is retained for thirteen (13) months from the debit date.
8.4. Data used for communication and promotional activities is retained for three (3) years from the last communication with the User or Lawyer.
8.5. Instant messaging data is retained for one (1) year from the message date.
8.6. Data related to customer support requests is retained for one (1) year from the date of the request resolution.
9. Data Security
The Company takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Data, preventing its alteration, loss, and unauthorized access. The Company’s employees, service providers, and subcontractors who have access to the Data are subject to an obligation of confidentiality.
10. Data Transfer Outside the European Union
The Company does not transfer Data outside the European Union. However, in cases where the Data is transferred to a third country, the Company ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to ensure Data protection.
11. User Rights
The User has the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose the processing of their Data. They also have the right to limit the processing of their Data and the right to Data portability. To exercise these rights, the User must contact the Company’s Data Protection Officer at the following address: info@juridispo.fr. The User must provide proof of identity and specify the Data they wish to access, rectify, delete, oppose, or limit the processing. The Company will respond to the User’s request within one (1) month from receipt of the request. If necessary, this period may be extended by two (2) months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. In this case, the Company will inform the User of the extension and the reasons for the delay within one (1) month of receiving the request.

13. Complaints
If the User considers that the Company is not complying with its obligations under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 or the French Data Protection Act, they can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (CNIL in France).
14. Cookie Policy
The Company uses cookies on the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on the User's device. They allow the Company to recognize the User and their preferences, improve the User’s experience on the Platform, and provide personalized Services. The User can manage their cookie preferences through their browser settings. The User can refuse cookies, but this may affect their ability to use certain features of the Platform.
