PRIVACY POLICY OF THE JURIDISPO PLATFORM

1. Preamble

This privacy policy aims to transparently inform users (hereinafter the "Users") of the JURIDISPO platform (hereinafter the "Platform"), published by the company EUROTECH STAR, a limited liability company registered with the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 984 657 916, with its registered office at 450 Rue Baden Powell, 34000 Montpellier (hereinafter the "Company"), of the terms of collection, processing, and storage of their personal data.

The Company is committed to ensuring that all data processing is compliant with applicable legal and regulatory provisions, including Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on Information Technology, Files and Civil Liberties, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

3. Data Hosting

The data collected by the Platform is hosted exclusively in France, on the servers of the company OVH, located within the territory of the European Union.

4. Processed Data and Legal Basis

4.1 Data Collected

The following categories of data may be collected:


  • Users: full name, email address, phone number, postal code, profession (in the context of satisfaction surveys), bank details (only for SEPA direct debit purposes).
  • Registered Lawyers: full name, email address, phone number, postal address, photograph (with explicit consent), CNBF number (with consent), professional description, bank details (IBAN) for payment of fees.
  • Usage Data: history of interactions on the Platform (calls, messages, transactions, reviews, logins).

4.2 Legal Basis

Data processing is based on the following legal grounds:


  • Contract performance: registration, lawyer-user matching, service delivery, subscription management.
  • Legal obligations: data retention for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Explicit consent: for specific processing (e.g., photographs, CNBF number, marketing communications).
  • Legitimate interests of the Company: security, fraud prevention, continuous improvement of the Platform.

5. Purposes of Processing

The data is processed for the following purposes:


  • Managing user and lawyer accounts and subscriptions
  • Facilitating connections between users and registered lawyers
  • Processing payments and issuing invoices
  • Improving services and managing user support
  • Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

6. Payment and Transaction Processing

All payments for subscriptions and services are made exclusively via bank transfer to the bank account of SARL EUROTECH STAR. No third-party payment provider (such as Stripe, PayPal, etc.) is used.

Lawyers' bank details are used solely for the purpose of paying fees and are never shared with third parties.

7. Data Security

The Company implements all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of personal data, including:


  • Encrypted communications
  • Restricted access to authorized personnel only
  • Regular audits and monitoring
  • Staff training and awareness on data protection

8. Data Retention Period


  • User and lawyer account data: retained for 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship
  • Lawyers’ bank details: deleted immediately upon account closure
  • Invoices and transaction data: archived for 10 years in accordance with legal and tax obligations
  • Marketing-related data: retained for 3 years from the last contact

9. Data Transfers Outside the European Union

As a general rule, data is hosted and processed exclusively within the European Union. If the Company uses a service provider located outside the EU, such data transfers will be strictly governed by Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

10. Rights of Data Subjects

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, data subjects have the following rights:


  • Right of access, rectification, and deletion of their data
  • Right to object to or restrict processing (in certain cases)
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time
  • Right to define post-mortem data handling instructions

11. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

If the Company fails to resolve a data protection concern, individuals have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:
